I’ve spent the last decade building high-retention, high-impact communities in tech who want their communities to actually work (for people and for business). I love blending strategy with soul—part spreadsheet nerd, part discussion-starter, and a big believer that healing and change happen when people feel truly seen.
- Right now, I help purpose-driven companies and creators build communities that scale with heart. I’m especially drawn to working with visionary leaders who are open to vulnerability, believe in the power of belonging, and are building communities that create more opportunity—not just more noise. I stand firmly for equity and inclusion, and I don’t believe DEI is optional or a "nice to have"—it’s the foundation of any truly thriving community.
- I’m also obsessed with helping up-and-coming community managers get their start. I believe the next generation of community pros can change the world—and I love sharing what I’ve learned to help them grow.
- After losing our home in the Marshall Fire, I stepped into a new kind of leadership—as a mega fire recovery advocate helping other survivors navigate the long, messy road home. I’ve worked alongside communities in Lahaina and Los Angeles, building networks of support, driving policy change, and making sure no one has to do it alone.
You’ll usually find me quietly plotting how to make the internet—and the world—a more human place.
